Unmute Athens provides digital access to cinematic text and audio stories tied to places in Athens. One story may be available for free. A one-time purchase unlocks access to all currently published paid stories in the app.

The current price is shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout where required.

Because this is digital content delivered immediately after purchase, you agree that access begins as soon as payment is completed. The 14-day withdrawal period that may otherwise apply to online purchases does not apply once digital access has started.

This does not affect your legal rights if the digital content is faulty, inaccessible, or not as described.

If something does not work, contact us at support@unmute-athens.com. We will try to fix access problems first. If the content is faulty, inaccessible, or not as described, your consumer rights under applicable law still apply.

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the stories inside Unmute Athens for your own personal, non-commercial use.

After access is unlocked, the app may automatically save unlocked story pages, audio files, images, and a lightweight offline map in your browser cache shortly after payment or access-code redemption.

Offline access is provided to make the app more reliable while walking with weak mobile data, but it depends on your device, browser storage, and whether caching completed before you went offline.

You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, download in bulk, redistribute, resell, publish, translate for commercial use, train datasets on, or include our story text, audio, structure, or collection in another app, website, tour product, guide, dataset, or commercial service without written permission.

All story text, audio, app design, and curated story collections are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. All rights are reserved except for the personal-use licence expressly granted in these Terms.

The app is designed to enrich your visit, not replace your own judgment. Stay aware of traffic, steps, crowds, weather, site rules, and your surroundings. Do not use headphones or the app in a way that makes walking unsafe.

Unmute Athens is an independent storytelling product. It is not an official service of the City of Athens, the Greek government, archaeological sites, museums, or any public authority unless explicitly stated.

We may update, correct, add, remove, or improve stories and features over time. Your purchase unlocks the published collection available in the app, not a promise that every story or feature will remain unchanged forever.
